The UnderGarden
The UnderGarden is an art and community focused Co-Operative based in San Francisco, led by a collective of Artists, Musicians, Artists, and Community Members. We are committed to creating a space where our friends, your friends, and new friends can come together, make and share art and music, dance, have fun and form genuine connections.
The UnderGarden includes a collective of Bands and Individual Musicians committed to providing and supporting a thriving Bay Area Music Scene. Presently, there are many opportunities for all ages shows- The UnderGarden is a resource for bands needing rehearsal space, equipment, reasonable recording facilities and connections to other bands and musicians in the greater Bay Area with goals of promoting live music outside of 21+ bars and clubs.
Things you should know:
We host at least two shows a month! These include live music events, open mics, jam sessions, potlucks, and more!
Maximum occupancy is around 50 people- small.
•All UnderGarden shows are free of charge.
•Rehearsal space, equipment usage and recording facilities are available to full co-op members free of charge.
We are a community-based collective! We would love feedback, ideas for future events or additions, or donor suggestions, and/or anything you have to tell us!
